After five years of growth for the L’Alqueria del Basket Open 3x3, this year the club launched the Mini Open for the first time so that youth categories could also enjoy one of the benchmark tournaments in this basketball discipline. This first edition featured high participation and a great level of competition, with 51 teams and more than 200 players taking part. There was also a large turnout of spectators, with hundreds of people visiting L’Alqueria del Basket to experience the excitement firsthand.

The first day of competition took place on the indoor courts at L’Alqueria del Basket, while on the second day, with the semifinals and finals being played, the action moved outdoors to the courts used for the senior L’Alqueria del Basket Open 3x3 tournament, which starts today. Each winning team received the exclusive trophy from this first edition, a €100 gift voucher to spend at the Valencia Basket store, and commemorative medals for champions, runners-up, and third-place finishers, putting the finishing touch on a fantastic experience to continue growing in 3x3 basketball. Javier Herrero, Alfonso Ribera, Alba Sánchez-Ramos, and Irene Broncano attended the award ceremony, presenting the trophies as representatives of the Valencia Basket 3x3 senior teams.
