Valencia Basket continues to consolidate its range of activities with the third edition of the Skills Camp and its Miniskills version focused on mini-basketball during the Easter holidays at L'Alqueria del Basket. The Club will offer all players interested in improving their skills the opportunity to do so using the taronja method, applied by three true experts in working with mini-basketball and youth teams: Paco Pardo, Andreu Casadevall, and Manolo Real.

This activity, which will take place from April 6 to 10, 2026, is designed for players born between 2016 and 2010 who want to improve their individual technique and experience a few days of top-level basketball. Training, competition, and fun, all under the club's official methodology and in the best facilities in Europe.

Price

The price of the Camp is €250 and includes meals, official reversible kit (shirt + shorts), insurance, medical care, and a diploma.

Working methodology

Valencia Basket's methodology has become a model for player development, both nationally and internationally. The basis of its success lies in a comprehensive methodology that covers technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and ethical aspects.

The objective of this camp is for each participant to develop their technical, tactical, and mental potential using the Valencia Basket methodology:

• Fundamental training (dribbling, passing, shooting, finishing).
• Daily 1×1 and 3×3 competitions and applied games.
• Individual feedback and technical monitoring.
• Video sessions and sports psychology workshops.
• Physical training focused on coordination and speed.

Some notable sessions will include:

• Monographic shooting with the shooting machine.
• Monographic 3x3.

There will also be complementary activities such as:

• Shooting contest, “All-Star Skills Challenge.”
• Closing party and diploma ceremony.

Technical team

The camp will have the best technical leadership with the Valencia Basket seal, headed by Paco Pardo, Andreu Casadevall, and Manolo Real.

Paco Pardo, coach of Valencia Basket's Alevín A men's team, has extensive experience at the club and is currently responsible for the Personal Development Area. With the U12 men's team, he was crowned Spanish Champion in the first edition organized in this category by the Spanish Basketball Federation last year.

Andreu Casadevall is the coordinator of Valencia Basket's men's youth academy, but he also has a successful coaching career behind him. Casadevall remains in history as the coach with the most promotions to the Endesa League, with a total of five, in places such as his hometown, Llíria, and Burgos, where he achieved three consecutive promotions. A legend in the ACB and LEB Oro.

Manolo Real, current coordinator of Valencia Basket's women's youth academy, has extensive experience at the club, coaching in the Taronja youth categories, where he achieved great success, such as consecutive Spanish U16 Championships in 2021 and 2022. In addition, before his time with the Valencia Basket youth academy, he was league, cup, and Super Cup champion and Euroleague runner-up with Ciudad Ros Casares Valencia.

Schedule

The general schedule for each day will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a closing ceremony taking place on Friday the 10th between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the center court of L'Alqueria del Basket.

The Camp will be held at the L'Alqueria del Basket facilities (Calle del Bomber Ramon Duart, s/n, 46013 Valencia), which have 9 indoor and 4 outdoor courts with full equipment, a gym, medical and physiotherapy rooms, and meeting and study rooms.

Cancellation policy

Registration may be canceled by sending a written notice to recepcion@alqueriadelbasket.com.

The date of receipt of this notification will be taken into account for the full or partial refund of the activity, which will be made according to the following parameters:

• Cancellation 30 or more days before the start of the activity: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 29 and 20 days before the start of the activity: 75% refund.
• Cancellation between 19 and 10 days before the start of the activity: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 9 days before the start of the activity or once it has started: no refund will be given.

In cases of cancellation due to justified force majeure (hospitalization, emergency surgery, or serious injury involving a fracture that makes it impossible to participate in the activity) where a 100% refund of the amount paid in cash is not applicable, those affected will receive a discount voucher for the remaining percentage, which they can redeem for future registrations for our activities. In order to benefit from this discount voucher, the force majeure situation must be duly justified by presenting supporting documentation.
