L'Alqueria del Basket is now accepting registrations for the sixth edition of the Shooting Academy, a program specializing in shooting techniques for players born between 2011 and 2015, who will enjoy a unique week-long experience led by leading experts in shooting mechanics and supported by the Valencia Basket coaching staff.

An intensive learning environment that combines technical analysis, progressive work, and practical application in real game situations.

Sessions

The Camp will have three shifts available:

• Shift 1: June 29 to July 3
• Shift 2: July 13 to 17
• Shift 3: July 27 to 31

An experience that goes beyond training

During the program, participants will undergo specific technical routines, personalized evaluations, and individual improvement work similar to that carried out by the club's professional teams.

The incorporation of dynamics such as individual monitoring, micro-sessions of immediate correction on the court, and challenges of precision and decision-making will recreate an elite training environment adapted to their age.

With this initiative, the Club seeks to give each participant the thrill and commitment of training “like a pro,” enhancing their technical progression, confidence, and pride in being part of the Taronja culture.

The goal is for each player to leave with a sense of real progress and positive memories of their time at L'Alqueria del Basket.

Prices and options

The price per player for full board at the Mas Camarena Resort is €995. This includes:

• Training at L'Alqueria del Basket.
• Accommodation and full board.
• Official kit (2 reversible shirts + 2 shorts).
• Diploma and final gift.
• Sports insurance and physiotherapy during sessions.
• Internal transfers included.
• Daily laundry service.
• Evening and social activities.

The price per player on non full board (from 09:50 a.m. to 7 p.m.) is €570 and includes:

• Training at L'Alqueria del Basket.
• Official kit (2 reversible jerseys + 2 shorts).
• Daily lunch and dinner.
• Diploma and final gift.
• Sports insurance and physiotherapy during sessions.

There is a 10% discount for Valencia Basket players who register before January 31, 2026.

Player-centered methodology

The Shooting Academy focuses on comprehensive shooting improvement, with a progressive, technical, and mental approach:

• Development of shooting mechanics (position, support, rhythm, balance).
• Specific and personalized exercises, with recording and analysis of technical movements.
• Work in real game situations: shooting after dribbling, receiving, stepping back, changes of direction.
• Use of shooting machines to increase volume and accuracy.
• Individualized feedback with specialized coaches.
• Talks with the club's educational psychologist on motivation, confidence, and pressure management.
• Daily 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 competitions to apply what has been learned.

Camp objectives:

• Perfect shooting mechanics in all phases.
• Apply shooting in real game situations.
• Improve decision-making in attack.
• Strengthen confidence and consistency in shooting.
• Develop the shooter's specific endurance.
• Encourage self-criticism and self-analysis through video feedback.

At the L’Alqueria del Basket facilities

The home of European youth basketball, with more than 15,000 m² dedicated exclusively to basketball:

• 13 courts (9 indoor).
• Own gym, video room, and recovery areas.
• Club medical and physical therapy services.
• Specialized physical trainers.

Accommodation at Mas Camarena Resort and/or Hotel Ad-Hoc

Boarding players will be accommodated in rooms for 2 to 4 people, in a comfortable and leisure-oriented environment:

• Sports facilities, swimming pool, green areas, and restaurant.
• Location: Bétera, 15 minutes from the center of Valencia.
• Daily bus transportation included.
• Daily laundry service for training equipment.

Mas Camarena Resort is located in the Torre en Conill Norte residential area, opposite the Escorpión Golf Course, in the Valencian town of Bétera, 15 minutes from the center of Valencia and with direct access to the AP 7 motorway and Valencia airport. More information here.

• Airport pickup: €60 per trip.
• Additional weekend: €400 (2 nights, full board)
• Extra night: €150.

Cancellation policy

Registration may be canceled by sending a written notice to recepcion@alqueriadelbasket.com.

The date of receipt of this notification will be taken into account for the total or partial refund of the activity, which will be made according to the following parameters:

• Cancellation 30 or more days before the start of the activity: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 29 and 20 days before the start of the activity: 75% refund.
• Cancellation between 19 and 16 days before the start of the activity: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 15 days before the start of the activity or once it has begun: no refund will be given.

In cases of cancellation due to justified force majeure (hospitalization, emergency surgery, or serious injury involving a fracture that makes participation in the activity impossible) where a 100% refund of the amount paid in cash is not applicable, those affected will receive a discount voucher for the remaining percentage, which they can redeem on future registrations for our activities. In order to benefit from this discount voucher, the force majeure situation must be duly justified by presenting supporting documentation.
