  • 23 / 10 / 2026

L’Alqueria LAB is organizing a new training session on Tuesday, November 17, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., as part of the Valencia Innovation Days program, titled “Strategic Nutrition: The Fuel for Success.” The session, which will take place at L’Alqueria del Basket, will be led by Javier Pérez Murillo and will address the importance of proper nutrition in enhancing athletic performance and player recovery.

The workshop is specifically aimed at families of young athletes, though coaches, players, and sports professionals interested in improving their knowledge of nutrition as it applies to basketball are also welcome to participate.

During the workshop, practical recommendations will be offered on how to plan meals before a game, what factors to consider during competition, and the key nutritional strategies to support post-game recovery. All of this will be presented from a practical perspective, with the goal of providing useful tools that can be easily incorporated into athletes’ daily routines.

With this initiative, L’Alqueria LAB continues to advance its commitment to training and the dissemination of knowledge applied to sports, bringing relevant content to families and the various stakeholders involved in the development of young players.

Registration and Payment

Participation in the workshop is completely free of charge, subject to prior registration, and is open to anyone interested in learning how proper nutrition can contribute to athletes’ performance and well-being. Those interested can register via the following link.
